Hello everyone,
I'm finally going to share my highly attended recipe (see the previous post)!
I made my homemade chocolate spread (well known in my family as "Ornella's nut*lla" :-) )
I took a lot of inspiration of here and here.
It's actually pretty simple.
You will need:
-hazelnuts
-dark or milk chocolate
-icing sugar
-oil
-customized jar
You toast your hazelnuts first, for 5-10 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 200°.
While your hazelnuts are toasting you melt the dark or milk chocolate 'au bain-marie".
Once the hazelnuts are toasted, you take them out of the oven and let them cool a little bit.
Then you peel the hazelnuts and then you mix them in the food processor until you get a thick paste.
Add now the melted chocolate, sugar and oil until you get a liquid and smooth paste.
Put the mixture in a customized jar and let it cool down (you can put it in the fridge but not until the mixture has cooled down a little bit).
I will insert a picture of my homemade nutella, unfortunately the jar is already empty due to its succes!
Until the next recipe,
Ornella
